Pretty sure you know this by now, but my name is Ewan, and I’m a Creative Digital Freelancer. That’s a fancy way of saying I do a whole bunch of stuff!

I work with creative agencies to produce high-end motion graphics and design work for film, pharmaceutical and video game companies - whether that be promotional content, motion graphics, static visuals, video editing, audio refinement, storyboarding, style frames, logo development, branding & identity design, pitch deck design, or creative direction.

I also have a passion for illustration and character design, having worked full-time on independent game titles—one of which was even up for a Scottish BAFTA. Pretty cool, right?

I’ve always been drawn to creativity. (Get it? Like, drawing?) My work has taken me from animating in Flash (RIP) to crafting slick motion graphics in After Effects, to designing and animating for indie game titles. I’ve worked with some incredible brands and, along the way, dabbled in podcasts, Etsy, Twitch streaming, game jams, and expo showcases—because why not?

After spending my formative career years in London agencies, I eventually traded city life for a leafy Cheshire village, where I now live with my partner, Lucy, our two sons, our daughter, a Beagle, and a British Shorthair—who may or may not believe he owns the place.

I’m inquisitive, passionate, and ambitious—and I almost always get my accounts done before they’re due.
